BUILDING AND FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE
This committee was organized in April 2010 to build community
through fundraising events for the new church. We run various events throughout the year from the Lobster Dinner to Dinner Theatres, Turkey Bingo, Children’s Carnivals and more. We are always looking for people who would like to take on a new

Share your skills by helping out in the Parish Office with phones, walk-ins and special projects.
The CWL funeral luncheon committee provides lunches for the
funerals that take place at All Saints Parish. They order, prepare and serve the food and refreshments to the grieving families. Many CWL members as well as some volunteers from our parish willingly offer their service to this ministry.
The Muffin Ministry, through the generosity and warm hearts of
our volunteers, has continued to serve for many years in All Saints Parish. Our Bakers are often called upon to
bake once or twice per year for a range of different events such as bulletin folding and the marriage preparation courses.
This fun committee organizes activities for parish functions and
are always looking for new members and great ideas. If you would like more information or wish to be involved in this
ministry please contact the parish office.
A group of men and women 55+ gather for thought-provoking
conversations to plan workshops and presentations of interest to all parishioners. This group is spiritually rewarding while serving a useful function in the Parish. Please call the parish office if you would like more information on how to become a part of the Wisdom Circle.
PARISH EDUCATION & SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION
The birth of a new child is a very happy and holy event. Baptism
preparation anticipates the celebration of Baptism. You are
invited to help out by assisting the facilitators to help prepare parents to celebrate their child’s Baptism. Sessions 1 and 2 take place a few times per year on Thursday evenings for 2 hours per session.
Children’s Liturgy is a specially designed program for the tiny
people of our parish. We are looking for coordinators and volunteers to help out so the program can take place during the first half of the Sunday Mass. The program itself is fun at a preschool level so the child may enjoy learning about God at his/her level. Children’s Liturgy runs from September to
May. There is no Children’s Liturgy during Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter Breaks based on the school year.
Comin' Alive Camp Coordinators
Come and help us plan a fun filled half-day Bible study camp for
school-age kids up to youth. This camp runs for one week during the summer.
An Exciting journey through the Bible for children ages 4 –
10. Your time commitment would vary from 1 to 2 hours per week. Teachers, small group helpers and musicians are needed from October to March.
Married couples are invited to become a sponsor couple for our
Marriage Preparation Program. You would assist an engaged couple prepare for a true Christian marriage over 5 sessions taking place at your home. Our program has a fully laid out, step by step format which the sponsor couple need only familiarize themselves with in order to guide (not teach) the
couple through the written questions and discussions.
RCIA & RCIA Adapted for Children
RCIA team members help the candidates develop a foundation in faith by assisting the director. Sponsors are people comfortable in their faith who attend Mass regularly and can talk about their faith life. Sponsors pray for their candidate and invite them to various Catholic services and events.
Preparing a child to celebrate a sacrament takes the co-operation of the family, the parish community and the school.
You are invited to work with a team of fellow parishioners preparing children and their families to receive 1st Communion, 1st Reconciliation and Confirmation. We invite you to help with registration, be a group leader at the parent-child sessions, help with set-up/clean-up for meetings, hospitality for meetings, leading music at celebrations and assisting with material preparations.
PASTORAL CARE EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS OF THE SICK
We have a group of volunteers who take turns on Saturdays to go to the Lethbridge Regional Hospital to prepare a list of Roman Catholics wishing to receive Holy Communion on Sunday. Following the Sunday 9:00 a.m. Mass we have teams of
Eucharistic Ministers who take turns bringing Holy Communion to these patients. If you feel this is a ministry you may be called to, please contact the parish office.
PRAYER VIGIL LEADERS
Our lay prayer leaders serve at the funeral prayer vigil services. There is special training and support for this ministry.
SENIORS SPIRITUAL CARE
All Saints Parish keeps in contact with our parishioners who are
living in the lodges, the nursing homes, the home bound, the sick and the suffering. Caring members of our parish family visit and take communion to people who cannot make it to
Mass. For those who are able to attend Mass but do not have a ride, we will try to find someone to take them.
Would you like to offer your time and talents to God by serving
the inmates at the Lethbridge Correctional Centre? We have volunteers who organize, lead and participate in Sunday
Eucharistic Celebrations, lead “Praying the Rosary” on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings as well as the Chaplet of the Divine Mercies. Approximately 200 inmates are reached through the prison ministry.
SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT DE PAUL
A world-wide, charitable organization committed to serving the
less fortunate among us. It relies entirely on charitable donations and volunteers for its continued existence and works in close cooperation with other local institutions to help those in need.
Work with one of our Soup Kitchen teams, who prepare and serve lunch every other month. You need to be able to help from approximately 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (our day is mostly

and photographers. The website has various categories to explore, including stories, bulletins, sacraments, photos,
calendar, contacts and pastoral council. We change the
stories on the website four times a year according to the
liturgical calendar during Advent, Lent, Pentecost and Thanksgiving. We welcome new members to our team and we look forward to hearing from you.
