Welcome to All Saints Parish Ministries!
All Saints Parish is more than the bricks and mortar which form our church building. We are a family – a community of people brought together by our faith, called together by Christ Jesus. As such, we are called to do as Christ asked us: to serve the Lord by serving the needy and one another. To become stewards of the parish. “For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve…” (Mark 10:45)
One of the most unique aspects of a Parish our size is that there are many different opportunities to serve. Be it out in the community, in your home, or during Mass, there are dozens of ways you can serve the Parish. You can be a part of our group of volunteers. Give as much or as little of your time and talents as you are able. Once a week, once a month or once a year! We are happy to work around your schedule.
Check out the many ministries that are available by clicking on one of the links above – we are sure there is one that will pique your interest. Pray about it and see where the Holy Spirit leads you. Plus you will meet new people and experience another aspect of your Christian faith!
**Workshops, training sessions and detailed instructions are provided for each of our ministries. Contact the parish office to find out more about volunteering and our parish screening process so we can help you get started right away!
Volunteer Policy
Every organization has a responsibility to take reasonable measures to care for and protect those who participate in their programs. We are required by the Diocese to do our due diligence in screening all of our volunteers, especially those within high risk ministries. Please note that there are some requirements in order to serve in a ministry: All Volunteers are required to complete and sign a Volunteer Information Form and the Agreement to the Model Code of Conduct. High risk ministries which involve working with children or other vulnerable persons require a Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check and Abuse Prevention Training. In addition, if you are participating in any overnight activities with children or other vulnerable persons you are also required to complete an Intervention Record Check.
For more information or if you would like a volunteer package, please click on the Volunteer Screening Process link above or contact the parish office.
***If you have signed an Agreement to the Model Code of Conduct, completed a Volunteer Information Form and/or have a current Police Information Check on file at the Church, you do not have to resubmit
